Refund Policy

The short version
Fourteen days from any purchase, a full refund of the credit you have not used, no questions asked. You do not have to tell us why. If it is not what you wanted, ask and we will refund it.
What a refund covers
A refund returns the part of that purchase you have not spent, and takes the same amount of credit back from your account. Credit already used on AI features was spent on what those features cost us, and your Banking history shows every charge. If you used some of a purchase, the rest is refunded in proportion.
Credit you gave to someone else, or to the Global pool, belongs to them once it is given. Ask within fourteen days and before it is spent, and we will do our best to reverse it.
How to ask
Either through the Paddle customer portal — the link is in the receipt email Paddle sent you — or by writing to [CONTACT EMAIL] from the address on the account. Paddle processes the refund because Paddle took the payment; it goes back to the original payment method and arrives in three to ten business days depending on your bank.
After fourteen days
There is nothing to cancel: nothing renews and no card is charged again. Unused credit stays in your account for as long as the account exists. If you want it back after fourteen days, write to us and we will look at it honestly.
What we do not offer
We do not offer a refund tied to your IELTS result, and we will not introduce one. We have no way to verify a test score, and a promise we cannot check is a promise that punishes honest customers to catch dishonest ones. It also sits badly beside the thing we say everywhere else: our band estimates are practice estimates, and section 4 of the Terms means it.
What we do instead is make everything that does not use AI free for good — copywork, tests, grammar, collocations — so you can find out whether IELSPEAK suits you before paying anything.
